Warranty & Replacement

Our machines come with a 12-month parts warranty from the date of delivery. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship on major components — such as the engine, hydraulic system and drivetrain — under normal use and correct maintenance. Where a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part and technical guidance.

What is not covered

  • Wear items (tracks, rubber pads, filters, fluids, hoses, bucket teeth).
  • Misuse, neglect, overloading or operation beyond rated capacity.
  • Improper maintenance, transport or storage.
  • Use of non-approved attachments, parts or fuels.
  • Cosmetic wear and accidental damage.

Making a claim

  1. Inspect and document any transit damage before signing and report it within 48 hours.
  2. Contact us with your order number and photos or video of the issue.
  3. Our technicians will diagnose the fault and, where covered, ship the replacement part.
  4. If a fault cannot be resolved, we will agree a suitable remedy in line with your statutory rights.
