Billing Terms & Conditions

These billing terms apply to purchases from MR Excavator (SOFANATIC LTD).

Currency and VAT

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged and we do not issue VAT invoices.

How payment works

Place your order online and our team will contact you within one working day to confirm your order, delivery and total, and to arrange secure payment by bank transfer (BACS). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Order confirmation

You will receive written confirmation of your order and payment. The descriptor for payments is “MR EXCAVATOR”.

Refunds

Refunds, where due, are made to your original payment method in line with our Returns & Cancellations policy.
