Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. As a consumer buying at a distance you have strong statutory rights under UK law, and nothing on this page limits them.

Your 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To cancel, simply tell us in a clear statement — email Sales@mrexcavator.co.uk or call +44 20 8040 5001. You may use the model cancellation form below but you do not have to.

After cancelling, please return the goods within 14 days. We will refund all payments received, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence that you have sent them). We may withhold a refund until the goods are returned. You are responsible for the cost of returning bulky items, and we can arrange collection of a machine on your behalf and deduct the actual carriage cost from your refund. You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop; if their value is reduced by excessive handling we may deduct that reduction.

Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not:

  • Within 30 days you have the right to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund.
  • After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if that fails, a price reduction or a final right to reject.
  • For confirmed faults or damage, we cover the cost of return carriage.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you cancel before your order has been dispatched we will arrange a full refund with no charge.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please keep the original packaging and any documentation until any claim is resolved.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
