Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of mrexcavator.co.uk and any purchase from MR Excavator, a trading name of SOFANATIC LTD (company number 14730492, registered in England & Wales).

Orders and contract formation

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and arrange payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, mispriced, or where we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Payment is arranged by bank transfer (BACS) after you order; see our Billing Terms & Conditions.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and cancellations and returns by our Returns & Cancellations policy, which set out your statutory rights.

Safe use of machinery

Compact plant and heavy machinery can be hazardous if misused. You are responsible for safe operation, adequate operator training and compliance with health & safety requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from improper use, inadequate training, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer). Otherwise, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

All content on this website is owned by MR Excavator / SOFANATIC LTD or its licensors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
