Billing Policy

This page summarises how and when MR Excavator (SOFANATIC LTD) bills for orders.

  • Currency: all billing is in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • VAT: we are not VAT-registered; no VAT is added and no VAT invoice is issued.
  • When you are billed: after you place an order, our team confirms your order and total and takes payment by bank transfer (BACS) before dispatch.
  • Statement descriptor: payments appear as “MR EXCAVATOR”.
  • Refunds: processed to the original payment method under our Returns & Cancellations policy.
