Shipping & Delivery

FREE delivery to the UK mainland. Every machine is delivered on a dedicated pallet or plant courier, ready to work. Because we are not VAT-registered, there is no VAT added at checkout.

Handling & transit time

  • Processing: 1–3 working days to prepare, secure and book your order onto a carrier.
  • Transit: typically about 3–7 working days to UK mainland addresses.
  • Tracking: a tracking or booking reference is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

How your machine is delivered

Diggers, dumpers and loaders travel on a pallet or plant courier because of their size and weight:

  • Kerbside delivery on a tail-lift or HIAB lowers your machine safely to ground level.
  • The courier calls ahead to book a delivery slot.
  • Someone 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Please have firm, level, clear access for the unload.

Attachments & smaller parts

Buckets, augers, spares and other attachments may ship separately by standard courier and can arrive on a different day to your machine.

Check your delivery before you sign

Always check your delivery before signing. If you see any transit damage, note it on the delivery note (POD), take clear photos and tell us within 48 hours. This is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Highlands, Islands & offshore

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
