Do you charge VAT?

No. We are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT added at checkout — the price shown is the final price you pay.

Is delivery really free?

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on machines. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge — contact us for a quote before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders in 1–3 working days, and UK mainland transit is typically 3–7 working days. Machines are delivered kerbside on a tail-lift or HIAB vehicle, and the courier calls ahead to book a slot.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes. As a consumer buying online you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including a 30-day right to reject). See our Returns & Cancellations page.

Are the machines CE marked?

Yes, our machines are CE marked and supplied with compliance documentation.

Do the machines come with a warranty?

Machines carry a 12-month parts warranty in addition to your statutory rights. See Warranty & Replacement.

How do I pay?

Do you sell spare parts and attachments separately?

Yes — we stock buckets, augers, quick-hitches, tracks, hydraulics, engine and electrical parts. Attachments and parts usually ship by standard courier and may arrive separately from a machine.
